Speaker Meeting- Customer Journey Mapping in the Digital Age
he Rotary Club of Madurai Downtown proudly hosted an engaging Speaker Meeting on the topic "Customer Journey Mapping in the Digital Age", featuring our esteemed guest speaker Rtn. R.S. Rathnaraj, Co-founder & Managing Partner of SEM-N-SEO.
The session offered valuable insights into understanding customer behavior in today’s fast-evolving digital landscape, the importance of mapping the customer journey, and strategies to enhance customer experience across touchpoints. Members gained practical knowledge on how businesses can use digital tools and analytics to build stronger relationships and drive growth.
The evening began with warm fellowship, followed by the informative session, and concluded with an interactive Q&A where members shared perspectives and experiences. The meeting reflected the spirit of Rotary — learning, connecting, and inspiring positive change.
